The protection of your data and your personal rights when collecting, processing and using your personal data is important to us. HOW, FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

On the one hand, your data is collected when you communicate it to us. This can, for example, be data that you enter in a contact form. Other data is automatically recorded by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.

Part of the data is collected to ensure that our website is provided without errors. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior or to enable us to fulfill our contractual obligations to you:

WHEN DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?

So that we can process your data for the aforementioned purposes, we may forward your data to group companies of HRM Institute GmbH & Co KG or selected partner companies. If necessary, we have concluded an order processing contract with the recipients. These services include, for example, ticketing, mailings, stand construction services and catalog entries.
Visitors
The personal data entered by the customer on this page will be used to contact the customer by e-mail and - if the customer has agreed to receive the newsletter during registration - to keep him up to date about events in the future.

HRM Institute points out to the customer that his details are also used for further processing, for the purpose of contract processing (invoicing, note on receipt of payment, automatic creation of the print@home ticket, information about current trade fairs) and the implementation of the event (the verification and identification of the customer and the validation of the admission tickets at the event location) are stored and processed to the required extent in the boerding EDP in accordance with the provisions of data protection.

We can also pass on your data to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill our range of services. This can be the following partners: transport companies (for orders), credit institutions and payment service providers, credit checks.

A transfer can also take place if we are obliged to pass it on to public authorities or by court order.

In principle, your personal data will only be passed on to third parties with your consent.
When registering as a visitor or trade visitor, by redeeming a free voucher code, you agree that HRM Institute GmbH & Co KG may pass on the following personal data to the inviting party after assignment to the redeemed entry code for the following purposes : We pass on your company data, first and last name, address and details of your visit to the trade fair so that the inviting party can compare who redeemed the entry codes issued.

We will pass on your e-mail address and - if provided voluntarily - your telephone and fax number to the inviting party for any promotional or other purposes.
The inviter is solely responsible for the further use of your data.

When applying for a master class, the first and last name, company, email and position of the applicant are sent to the respective company that provides the master class speaker for the purpose of selecting the participants.
When registering for an online conference, your data will be forwarded to partners/speakers/sponsors for contact purposes.

HOW DOES HRM INSTITUTE USE ANALYSIS TOOLS AND THIRD PARTY TOOLS?

When you visit our website, your surfing behavior can be statistically evaluated. This is mainly done with cookies and so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous; surfing behavior cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE ABOUT YOUR DATA?

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

DATA PROCESSING ON OUR WEBSITE

When you use our websites, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This data protection declaration explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations that took place up until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
Google Maps
We use the Google Maps map service on our website to enable you to find your route interactively. This allows you to gather the information you need on our website (e.g. about an event location). As a result of the integration, information on use (e.g. date and time of access, IP address, etc.) is transmitted to Google servers in Ireland.

The admissibility of this processing is based on Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). We would like to make it easier for you to access our center and enable you to obtain sufficient information about how to get there directly from our website. Google Maps is active when you visit our website. The deactivation means that you cannot use the function.

We do not store any personal data when integrating Google Maps.

Google Maps is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The resulting data is used by Google for advertising, market research and needs-based design purposes. This can also be linked to your user account if you are logged in there. If you disable or block Java script in your browser settings, you can prevent Google Maps from running. If necessary, data can be transferred to the USA. This is permissible under the conditions of Art. 46 GDPR and on the basis of the standard contractual clauses effectively included in the contractual relationship with Google. These have been approved by the European Commission and guarantee an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
